1. The Information We Collect

For Diners

When you order food, we only ask for basic details (like your name or phone number) so the restaurant knows who to serve. We do not track your GPS location.

For Restaurants

We collect basic business information and payment details so you can receive money from your customers. Your sales data is kept completely private to your restaurant.

2. Keeping Your Data Safe

We use modern, secure servers to store your information safely. We promise that we will never sell, rent, or share your personal details with outside marketing companies.

3. Secure Payments

When you pay using your phone, the payment goes directly through trusted banking apps (like UPI). Smart Platter never sees, collects, or stores your bank PINs, passwords, or credit card numbers.

4. Your Control

You are in control. If a restaurant decides to leave Smart Platter, they can easily delete all of their menus and account information from our system permanently.
