Welcome to Smart Platter! By using our digital menus to order or pay, you agree to these simple rules. We have kept them easy to read so you know exactly how our service works.

Smart Platter provides the software that lets you read menus and place orders on your phone. We are a technology company, not a restaurant. We do not cook, prepare, or handle the food, and we are not responsible for the food's quality or safety.

• For Diners: Please make sure you enter or scan the correct table number before paying so your food goes to the right place.
• For Restaurants: You are responsible for making sure your menu prices, descriptions, and availability are accurate and up-to-date.
• Fair Use: Please use our app as intended. Do not try to bypass the ordering or payment screens.

All digital payments are securely processed through trusted banking partners (like Razorpay and your UPI apps). By paying through our platform, you also agree to their basic terms of service. As a reminder, Smart Platter does not save your bank account details.

Sometimes technology hiccups happen. Smart Platter is not responsible if a local internet outage, a weak phone signal, or a banking network delay slows down your order.
