SmartPlatter operates on a subscription-based model. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis.
Restaurants may cancel their subscription at any time. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
For payment-related issues, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
